1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing any reason.
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The product must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused
The request must be made within 14 days of receipt
The product must be returned with proof of purchase (confirmation email)
3. Non-returnable products
Hair extensions already opened, installed or used (for hygiene reasons)
Products returned after the 14-day deadline
Items damaged by the customer (mishandling, chemicals, etc.)
4. How to make a return?

Contact us by email
Send an email to contact@deepwavebraids.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Receive your return authorization
We reply within 24-48h with return instructions and shipping address.

Ship the product
Ship the product back in its original packaging using tracked shipping. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refund
Once the return is received and verified, you are refunded within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Defective product or order error
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us right away with photos. We'll arrange a full exchange or refund, and we cover the return shipping.
6. Refund details
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay)
- The refund covers the product price. Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the error was on our end
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for defective products
- Processing time: 5 to 10 business days after receiving the return
